Specializing in the most advanced treatment of adult and pediatric ear, nose, throat, head and neck disorders. We also specialize in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck and noninvasive cosmetic treatments including injections and lasers and noninvasive cosmetic treatments including injections such as BOTOX and Juvederm and facial laser treatments as well as laser hair removal. Full audiology services including hearing tests and hearing aids are available as well.
Both physicians have Attending Privileges at Norwalk Hospital, Bridgeport Hospital, St. Vincent’s Hospital, Yale Medical Center and Fairfield County Ambulatory Surgery Center. They are associate professors of medicine and surgery at the Quinnipiac Medical School and University of Bridgeport.

He completed his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine, dental degree at the University of Pennsylvania and postgraduate training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.


doc-fleigelmanLawrence J. Fliegelman, MD has been in practice over 14 years and is Board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He completed his medical degree at New York Medical College and postgraduate training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. He also completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.


doc-heidiHeidi Guzik, AuD, CCC-A, FAAA, completed her Master’s degree in Audiology from Arizona State University, and her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida. Dr. Guzik has over fifteen combined years of experience working with adults and children with hearing and balance disorders from the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Dean Clinic HMO in Madison, WI.


CassandraCassandra M. Mazzacco, Au.D., CCC-A received her Doctorate in Audiology from the Long Island Au.D. Consortium (Adelphi, Hofstra, & St. John’s Universities) in 2021. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language Hearing Science at Hofstra University in 2017. After graduation, she worked in Waterbury, CT at an ENT practice. She completed her clinical externship with ENT & Allergy Associates in NY. Her previous clinical experiences also include the clinics of Adelphi, Hofstra, and St. John’s universities, along with Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf, Long Island ENT Associates, and Lenox Hill Hospital. Dr. Mazzacco specializes in audiological and vestibular diagnostic testing and digital hearing aid fittings in adult and geriatric populations.
