Our physicians have Attending Privileges at Yale New Haven Health Bridgeport Hospital, Hartford HealthCare St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Northwell Health Norwalk Hospital, Surgery Center of Fairfield County. They are associate professors of medicine and surgery at the Quinnipiac Medical School and University of Bridgeport.
Richard A. Levin, MD, DMD has been in practice for over 30 years and is Board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. He completed his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine, dental degree at the University of Pennsylvania and postgraduate training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.
Lawrence J. Fliegelman, MD has been in practice over 20 years and is Board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He completed his medical degree at New York Medical College and postgraduate training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. He also completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at The Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.
Sam A. Spinowitz, M.D joined ENT of Fairfield in 2026 after being in practice in NY since 2019. Dr. Spinowitz graduated from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and completed Post-Doctoral training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Cassandra M. Mazzacco, Au.D.
earned her Doctorate in Audiology from the New York Doctor of Audiology Consortium, comprised of Adelphi, Hofstra, and St. John’s Universities, in 2021. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences at Hofstra University in 2017. Dr. Mazzacco has several years of audiological experience in ENT settings, where she has performed comprehensive diagnostic evaluations across the age span, from pediatric to geriatric patients. She specializes in the fitting and management of digital hearing aids for adult and geriatric populations.
Heather H. Haversat, Au.D.
is a licensed audiologist who earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Connecticut and completed her externship training at Yale University School of Medicine. Before joining ENT of Fairfield, Dr. Haversat spent more than a decade at Yale, where she provided comprehensive audiologic care across a broad range of clinical needs. She is committed to advancing hearing health through individualized care, clinical expertise, and patient education.
